Requirements
To become one of our valued residents, there are a few minimum requirements.
- Minimum Applicant Age:18
- Income Requirement:3 x 1 month's rent
One Time Fees & Deposits
Before you settle into your new home, there are a few one-time fees you’ll need to prepare for. These initial costs help us get everything ready for your move-in and ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Application Fee:$75 per applicant
- Admin Fee:$250 per unit
- Security Deposit:$200
Monthly Fees
Once you're moved in, you may incur standard monthly charges beyond just your base rent. We aim to make these as transparent and predictable as possible so you can budget with confidence.
- Utilities:Flat monthly rate: 1br-$185 | 2br-$240 | 3br-$270
- Pest Control:$5 per month
- Trash:$14 per month
- Estimated Monthly Total:1br-$204 | 2br-$259 | 3br-$289 per month + any additional fees for pets or optional rentable items
Optional Rentable Items
As a resident, there are a few optional add-ons you can choose to take advantage of. These fees help us maintain select facilities and services and provide a quality experience for all residents.
- Washer & Dryer:$65 per month
Pet Fees
If you are a pet owner, there are a few pet related fees we charge.
- Pet Fee:1st pet $300, 2nd pet additional $150
- Pet Rent:$20 per month
